All of our products are available wholesale. We sell wholesale at the Clinton Bailey Market and our cold storage facility on Lake Road in Appleton, NY. Please contact us at 716-778-7330 for prices.

Sweet Cherries
We irrigate our dwarf cherry trees to grow large cherries that look impressive for any farm market		 July 1 - August 10* Blacks,Whites, Ulster, Regina, Hudson, Whitegold, Sweetheart 35-40 lb. plastic returnable lugs and half bushel box, with or without stems
Tart Cherries
 We grow upwards of half a million pounds of tart cherries per year. 		July 1 - August 10* Montmorency & dark juice types like Balaton and Danube Fresh picked - with or without stems, any form or size container you want
Apricots August* Our largest volume apricot is Hargrand -
a large, juicy variety.		 Half bushel baskets or cardboard boxes
Japanese Plums
Our location on the shore of Lake Ontario means that we harvest a crop of these spring frost-sensitive fruits most every year.		 August* Early Golden, Shiro, Obilinaya, Fortune, Ozark, Duarte, Simka Half bushel baskets or cardboard boxes
Peaches & Nectarines August 1 into September* Loring, Bounty, Sentry, Cresthaven, Baby Gold, Glowhaven, Flaming Fury

European Blue Plums
We pick our plums for flavor, they are never sour or green inside. 		August-September* Fellenburg, Castleton, Italian, Long John, Empress, President Half bushel cardboard boxes, 40 lb. returnable plastic lugs, 12 bushel bulk bins
Pears September - October* Bartlett, Bosc 12 or 20 bushel bulk bins
Apples
We have our own regular and CA storage to supply your needs throughout the marketing season. 		September - December* Macintosh, Cortland, Empire, Gala, Jonagold, Melrose, Crispin, Red Delicious, Fuji 20 bushel bulk bins
Certified Organic Apples
Bittner-Singer Orchards is one of the only producers of certified organic apples for commercial sale in the Northeast.		 September - November* Goldrush, Enterprise, Crimson Crisp Bushel box or 12 or 20 bushel bin
